About Me

Brynnley Hoffman: I’ve been writing and performing stories for as long as I can remember. Researching and making my own myths, creating ritual space, making potions and concocting spells out of the spice cabinet. I never once thought those passions would play such a large role in who I am now as a person, let alone my work in the world. And yet, the story magic aspect of the wise woman tradition has hooked me, along with the deep listening and intuition practices of plants and healing. I started my “formal” educational inquiry with plants when I moved from Salt Lake City to Washington and was enveloped in a wild and lush world of plants and medicine. Since then I have studied holistic healing and herbal medicine, the wise woman way and am a birth and post-partum doula.
